Event Reports

Event reports are due within 30 days of any Kingdom Calendar Event. The Branch Marshal and/or Marshal-In-Charge should assure that copies of the report are filed with the Earl Marshal, Kingdom Missile Marshal, Regional Missile Marshal, and that copies are maintained in the files of the branch officer. Courtesy copies to the Seneschal, Autocrat, and Landed Nobility are also appropriate.

Quarterly Reports

All branch marshals and at large marshals must report quarterly to their Regional Marshal. Quarterly reports are due the first week of the last month in each calendar quarter. The report should cover all archery activities since the previous report. In some instances a marshal may be asked to report monthly.

Injury Reports

When any injuries occurs the Regional Marshal, Kingdom Missile Marshal, and Earl Marshal must all be notified within 48 hours. Additionally, an injury report form must be on file with those same officers within 30 days.
