Armor Rule Change at Society Level

Please read for new armor rules changes that have been made at the Society level for missile combattants.

The net effect of this for Ansteorra is ZERO. We are already more strict than these new standards.

These new rules do away with the the "light" armored combattants that are used in some other kingdoms.
